The rooftop bar has great views and live music on weekends, which is a nice touch. Check-in took forever due to understaffing, making things frustrating.

i had an amazing experience at lord in a beautiful hotel with a welcoming staff and a quick pre-check in. the room was spacious, with a comfortable bed and plenty of toiletries. the location was brilliant, close to tourist spots like the inner harbor and Lexington market. i also enjoyed the little gym and the cozy area for coffee.

Convenient location for walking to Inner Harbour and nearby attractions. Cozy Bake Shop and quiet rooms.
Felt like a true getaway, no reason to complain.

The valet at Lord Baltimore Hotel was incredibly helpful and understanding when I arrived flustered and in a rush. He even made sure I got my forgotten phone back promptly. I'll recommend this hotel.

Our stay at a hotel in downtown Baltimore was fantastic. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The hotel itself was beautiful, with a large bar and a wonderful touch screen guide that made exploring the area a breeze. Our room was spacious, clean, and had the most comfortable bed I've ever slept in. The location was perfect, close to both the Convention Centre and the Inner Harbour. it was a comfortable and convenient stay with plenty of amenities to enjoy.
There were a few minor drawbacks during our stay. when I used valet parking, my keys were left unattended and easily accessible to anyone.

this hotel is clean and cozy. it's super close to the convention center - which is handy. the staff were lovely, and the building has a cool history.
Would be happy to recommend.
